Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Out of Eden, all orders are handmade with care and delivered with intention.
Please review the delivery information below before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery across London SE1 & SE11 postal codes.
Nationwide UK postal delivery is available for selected items only.

Delivery Days

Local delivery: Tuesday – Saturday
Postal delivery: Tuesday – Saturday
Collection: Tuesday – Saturday by appointment)

Delivery and collection availability may vary for peak periods such as Valentine’s Day.

Delivery Time Windows

Customers can select a preferred delivery date at checkout.
Please note:

  • We cannot guarantee exact time slots

  • Deliveries are typically completed between 9am–6pm

  • You will receive communication if any delays occur

If the Recipient Isn’t Home

If nobody is available to receive the flowers:

  • We may leave them in a safe place, with a neighbour, or return them

  • A redelivery fee may apply if a second delivery attempt is required

We cannot accept responsibility for flowers left in safe places.

Collection

Collection is available from our studio on selected days and times.
Full collection details are provided upon order confirmation.

Valentine’s Day & Peak Seasons

During peak periods (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day):

  • Delivery slots may be limited

  • Orders sell out early

  • All Valentine’s orders are final sale and cannot be rescheduled

  • Pre-order cut-off dates will be clearly advertised

Postal Delivery (if using)

For eligible products:

  • We ship via Royal Mail/DPD

  • Flowers are packaged securely, but slight movement in transit can occur

  • Once dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier

Postal delivery is before 1pm Next Day.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information.
We cannot refund orders where:

  • The wrong address was provided

  • The recipient was unavailable

  • Access was not possible (gated communities, incomplete instructions)

Order Issues

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assist.
