4. Do you offer custom floral arrangements?
Yes. We create custom arrangements for personal gifting, events, worship gatherings, and special occasions. Each design is built around your preferred colors, style, message, and the emotion you want to convey.

5. How far in advance should I place my order?
For standard arrangements, place your order at least 24–48 hours in advance. For custom or larger arrangements, we recommend 3–7 days.
6. Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery within our service areas. Delivery options and fees appear at checkout. For special delivery needs, email us before ordering.
7. Can I schedule a future delivery date?
Yes. You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. For important dates, we recommend booking early.
8. How do you ensure freshness?
We source fresh, high-quality blooms and prepare each arrangement on the day of delivery or pickup. Every bouquet is crafted with care for maximum beauty and longevity.
9. What if I need flowers for an event or church program?
We design floral pieces for events, ministries, church gatherings, weddings, and more.

10. Can I request a message or scripture card with my order?
Yes. We can include a personalised message or scripture card to match the intention of your bouquet. Add your note at checkout or email us if needed.
11. Do you accept urgent or same-day orders?
Same-day orders may be available depending on our schedule and flower availability.

12. How do I care for my flowers once they arrive?
Trim the stems at an angle, place the bouquet in clean water, and keep it away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Care instructions are provided with every order.
13. What is your refund or replacement policy?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or below standard, email a photo to contact@outofeden.co.uk, within a few hours. We will assess and offer a suitable replacement if applicable.
